Carson is a former NCAA DI player with St. Lawrence University and an NCAA DI and DIII coach with the University of Connecticut, Ohio State University, and Trinity college. She is also a former professional with HC Slavia Praha in Prague, Czechia. Carson is a virtual coach with WomensHockeyLife and the WHL Academy.
