Weekly one-hour strength and conditioning session focused on overall strength, fitness, and agility. Emphasis on exercises relevant to hockey players incorporated into the training. Age specific and development level specific exercises factored in. Appropriate for players wanting to be stronger, more fit, and less susceptible to sport specific injury.
Weekly 45-minute video conference session focused on gaining a better understanding of hockey strategy and tactics used in competitive hockey. Coaching includes video sessions, discussion, and situational instruction. Sessions are recorded and available to registered players via private site (in case of missed session or review requirements). Appropriate for rep players.
Weekly 45-minute video conference session focused on mastering a performance mindset. Emphasis on developing resilience and focus. Helping athletes cope with pressure and adversity. Helping athletes overcome high expectations and how to perform consistently well. Helping athletes improve their emotional control. Weekly one-hour video conference session, over a four week period, focused on understanding the DNA of college recruiting, developing a strategy to market the player’s skills, and learning how to connect with prospective coaches and colleges. Program is a group session and is an introduction for those girls who may want to consider the Private Recruitment Coaching Program. Sessions are recorded and available to registered players via private site (in case of missed session or review requirements). Appropriate for rep players.
A one-day hockey and fitness combine to measure the female hockey player’s skills and overall fitness. The combine on-ice testing is broken down across key technical hockey skills including linear skating, angular skating, backward skating, turn agility, acceleration, deacceleration, pace and endurance. The dryland testing includes measurement of strength, power, rate of force development, range of motion, movement quality, speed, and balance. An individual report will be provided to each participant. Appropriate for rep players of all ages.
An elite program that includes weekly skating and shooting sessions, twice weekly strength and conditioning sessions, weekly mindset coaching, weekly hockey IQ training, enrollment in the private recruitment coaching program, and registration for the spring and fall combines. Program is designed to be delivered 46 weeks a year. Appropriate for rep players who seek to play college or university hockey.
