One-hour strength and conditioning session specifically designed for your female athlete who is ready to put in the extra effort and elevate their game. Our instructor is Bri Krula. A personal trainer and strength coach with a passion for sports and strength training. She is a graduate from McMaster Kinesiology with experience in exercise physiology, prescription, and rehabilitation. She is a personal trainer with Conker Fitness and a former student coach for varsity volleyball and soccer teams at McMaster.
