Description

Weekly one-hour strength and conditioning session specifically designed for female volleyball athletes who are ready to put in the extra effort and elevate their game. Our training includes a variation of compound strength movements, jumping mechanics, resisted jumping and explosive power, and a focus on mobility. Exercises will include trap bar deadlifts and jumps, front foot elevated split squats, single arm press, single arm row, weighted depth drop, vertical jumps, banded broad jumps, shoulder external rotation exercises. You can expect expert training by women.

Instructor: Bri Krula. A personal trainer and strength coach with a passion for sports and strength training. She is a graduate from McMaster Kinesiology with experience in exercise physiology, prescription, and rehabilitation. She is a personal trainer with Conker Fitness and a former student coach for varsity volleyball and soccer teams at McMaster.
